Considering their only base of support is the elderly, their complete indifference to their suffering (from a political point of view) is baffling. A 'government' in name only is too kind for these shysters.

Just popped into the Royal to see a friend and it has rows of people on trolleys in the corridors. This is the new Royal. Obviously it is the winter season so increased demand but speaking to one of the doctors he was quietly enraged stating that the Tories had built this with an eye on privatisation. The capacity is much reduced from the old Royal as its all private rooms with private bathrooms.
