That's because all the really care about is outcomes. Democracy, to them, means that their most preferred outcomes are implemented at any cost.

We have lots of nasty words for that - "autocracy", "lack of integrity", "illogic", "intellectual inconsistency" and so on.

Turns out, humans aren't very good at democracy. How people keep voting for people who (and I choose my words carefully) despise them, will always be a mystery to me.

I work in a very 'conservative' workplace and apparently I'm (and I quote) "Stalin" because I would like poor people treated a little better. Should add that I am just about the only non-devout Christian but apparently, the only one who gives a toss about people less fortunate.

Stopped trying to work out their rationale ages ago (when I had time in between ruling the USSR). Once you've drunk the Koolaid, there's no going back. It takes a brave person to admit they were fooled.

He's go to be wumming, has to be, Pete has no idea of reality, his party has caused this, they have had nearly 13 years to sort it out and obviously cant, time to step aside and let a party who can, or let the people decide.
