The dogs in that article are American Staffordshire Terriers, which are considerably bigger and heavier than Staffordshire Bull Terriers.

At least one was crossed with a Rhodie, which is not a dog anyone inexperienced should own.

I'm sorry you were attacked by a Staffy. They are generally good-natured little dogs though. Trouble is, they're really powerful for their size and can really hurt people.

There are a lot of problems with inbreeding, too, which causes behavioural issues, thanks to scumbag backyard breeders and people who want these dogs as a fashion accessory.
