I've been around around loads of Staffs - never been bit once. Went round my Uncles house as a kid who owned a Border Collie - randomly bit me and took a chunk out my leg and needed 8 stitches !

Sort of. They're separate breeds nowadays, but have some shared ancestry.

I've known a few ill-tempered Border Collies, too. To the point that I'm quite wary of the breed.
