Cheers Davey. Didn't realise that you had to pass a bill every time you wanted to change a tax rate. So do you know if every budget requires a new finance bill?

Truss makes Johnson look politically intelligent and that is some feat and she has even fewer beliefs.

Tufton Street wanted her because she's an empty vessel who they could use to steer UK towards Singapore on Thames. Problem with epmty vessels is they tend to go with the tide as happened with this.

The problem here is the U.K. needs a strong left wing intervention to reverse a lot of this but instead we will either get the tories again or a namby pamby Labour government.
