That’s what I mean. They will also be more likely to be more reliant on public services as well which you’d assume will take the hit to fund this.
It’s policies for the rich and selfish.

I've been suggesting this to whatever transient mp has supposedly represented me for decades.

Make cyclists traceable and therefore accountable. Suddenly they'll be less aggressive and less prone to ignoring laws. Excellent.

I wonder who's taking credit?
