Police brutality in America is far from reserved for Afro Americans plenty of poor whites are shot or beaten too. So far this year they've killed 793 in total, 194 blacks and 388 whites.

If you change it to deaths per million then Blacks deaths are higher with 4.86 compared to 1.96 for whites but nonetheless the rates for all races seem incredibly high to me.

Finland fired 6 bullets in 2013 while they pumped 17 into one suspect who allegedly threw rocks at a car.
