Also, I don’t think it’s fair to lump all non-college white people who voted for Trump in a racists or idiots. Hillary was a known, massively unpopular, quantity to a lot of people. Trump as a politician was a complete unknown. I think a lot of people kind took a gamble on him on the grounds of “It doesn’t really make that much of difference who the president is, how bad can he really be?” never expecting he would be this terrible.
Of course, when we went to the polls four years ago, nobody could have possibly imagined that a vote for Trump was a vote to allow this man to attempt to steer the country (and in some ways, the world) through the worst health crisis in a century...

The VP debate is scheduled for Wednesday night, and as far as I know, will go ahead as scheduled. The next Biden/Trump debate isn’t until next Thursday, so who knows given the ever changing situation at the WH.

yeah was rather wondering prez debate.
The polls could be wrong. But if they are they wont just be wrong this week. What is clear is that he has lost ground since the debates, and also lost ground following contracted Covid and the antics that have followed.

Honestly there’s almost no sense in speculating with it still nine days from now. Trump and most of the WH have obviously been infected. In all likelihood, Biden was at least briefly exposed to COVID thanks to Trump’s recklessness. Given their ages, it’s not statistically impossible to think that both could actually be dead by time the debate is scheduled for.
So you're saying Trump knowingly tried to infect and kill Biden, believing his own strong genes and scattergun treatments would keep him safe. I agree.
He's gotten America relegated in consecutive seasons and he has no plans to pay back the banks for the new stadium, which is built out of asbestos and led.
