Because that's the problem. What you describe in the movie theater are laws. Twitter didn't delete Trumps tweets because of laws; they did so because of a ToS that they arbitrarily enforce based on public interest. They aren't the same thing, and that is indeed my whole point - that Twitter is regulated like any other private company when the impact of the platform is akin to things usually covered by other points of law.
