He is speaking some truth. Because it is the Democrats the ones that have pushed and have fought for the stimulus package that brings comfort to the American people currently suffering financially and going hungry. The Republican party and Mitch Mcconnell don't care about the comfort of their own supporters. Instead they have decided not to vote to increase the direct payment to $2,000 unless unrelated Trump demands on tech and the election are tie to the payment. So you tell me which party is more sincere about their approach?

They'll probably follow suit. especially Cruz. He seems to be the worst of the lot. A bit odd to me that Twitter flagged that particular post. It's just somebody reporting that Hawley is going to object, but certainly not calling the results of the election into question themselves.
Pretty sure Twitter flagged the comment because Hawley is making the claim Pennsylvania "and other states" did not follow their own election laws, echoing comments made repeatedly by Cheeto and his merry band of soon-to-be-disbarred lawyers. Multiple courts have dismissed these claims yet Hawley is using it, and other nonsense, to justify his objection.

I agree, polls are not longer credible and they do need some sort of adjustment if they are to continue being used as an election prediction tool. I am not so much trusting the polls but the voting data gathered by georgiavotes.com/ushouse.php This data breaksdown each GA county and the number of early votes received based on demographics, age and gender and so far it is looking good for Democrats. However, I won't be proclaiming a victory until the votes are actually counted, and Ossoff and Warnock are declared the winners.

Growing up in a third world country may have given me a different perspective. In Colombia things can be so dire so putting a positive spin on everything is what keeps people going.
