So usually you'd have this down as a cert Trump win. 64% in - 13 point lead.

However...

"Biden's winning absentee ballots 78-21"

So if Pennsylvania's vote count absentee ballots later like others have, and they're 78% Biden...

Some turnaround that!

The counting no different than it ever is.
Just this time there are more mail in ballots which take much longer and some states didn't adequately prepare for it in part for just this scenario... Trump to claim fraud

Plus we are going through a pandemic, never in recent history have we voted under such circumstances. A lot of people voted by mail thus it was going to take time for votes to be counted.
