The candidate of the Democratic Party will have won the most votes of any POTUS in history and will finish with around 52% of the vote. That's within the range of the win by Obama in 2008, which everyone considers a rout.

I honestly don't know how to read or convert that. Is that $5 pays $1? So is that saying Biden is 80% likely to win?

By my calculations, 4 counties are still alive in AZ - 3 of them trump counties but the one remaining is Maricopa, which presumably is Biden. the 3 trump counties are small. If Maricopa continues to come in 54-46 Biden like it is now i don't think Trump can make up those votes
