19 states allow voting after serving time.
18 allow after serving time probation and fines etc...

Others have rules to allow it too.

19 states allow voting after serving time.
18 allow after serving time probation and fines etc...

Others have rules to allow it too.

Ok got it. I don’t have an issue with voting rights being returned to felons but it would all depend on the original crime that was committed, that led to a full conviction
