There is a plethora of reasons why to vote Trump and his Republicans allies out of office this November but one of that has become more obvious since the pandemic began is their shortness of compassion. Their lack of empathy for the American people and their suffering. Many people are continuing experiencing financial and emotional hardships with no help in sight. People are struggling paying their bills, more families are becoming homeless at a super rapid rate, our food banks are seeing large number of people begging for food like they haven't seen since the great recession, mental health issues are on the rise so it's violence, and half of the adults, most of them women that have lost their jobs because of the coronavirus crisis, still hasn't been able to find employment. Lower income Americans, women, people of color, and their immigrant counterparts are suffering the most right now but Republicans in Congress, along with "billionaire" Trump don't give a damn about it. Since May the House of Representatives passed a Coronavirus relief bill that would have provided help for state and local governments, workers and families. However the Republican run Senate has done nothing to reconcile this bill or pass their own. They just haven't felt any rush to pass any sort of relief bill for those who need it the most. But in the past they have rushed to pass tax relief for the rich and corporations, pack our courts with their Judges and dismantle environmental protections. Their priorities are crooked and their lack of empathy is immoral. So it is time for us, the voters in this country, to make our priority voting these parasite Republican politicians out of office on November 3rd but not just at the Federal level, but at the State level and most importantly at the local level. After all, local government manages those services that are nearest to your day to day life.
