The Israelis frequently uses any Western action in a middle east country as an excuse/opportunity to do some strikes themselves, it satisfies the war mongers in the country and always proves popular politically with the voters, regardless of the reasons or justifications
 
OPCW inspectors being denied access yet journos allowed in, makes perfect sense to me, they don't want the OPCW inspectors in there before they've had a chance to get the cillit bang out and wipe everything down.

The US would only have to ask to get Israel to do a favour or two, all US arms they are using.

Hey Dave over here though we are controlled by state ran or influenced media, i really do wish at times i had the freedom of impartial media outlets such as the ones that dominate the UK and US, how i'd love to be able to listen to true journalists not following any agenda, such as with the likes of Sky, the BBC, Mail, S'n, Fox, CBS and the likes...

Joking aside, Fisk is one of a very small group of journalists who investigates behind the 'presented narrative' and actually delivers pieces that are ACTUAL journalism.

Sad state of affairs that probably 10 times as many people will read a Katie Hopkins article as will read people like him or Pilger (who has effectively been black balled by the MSM these days)

Think you give too many people too much trust in seeing beyond what the performer wants them to see though mate. 'maybe' the hope lies in the newer generation - one who doesn't rely as much on the MSM and instead relies on the internet - which is much harder to control a narrative on for obvious reasons, notable that Corbyns support is massive amongst the younger generation - maybe in part for that reason, strange days when the young are becoming more informed than their parents though isn't it...

Jeremy Bowen of the BBC was reporting the latest Israeli atrocities in Gaza a week or so back - reporting it in an even handed way. So he was pulled by the BBC due to pressure from the Israeli lobby and sent elsewhere to report. Same happened to Orla Guerin who the BBC pulled her out of Israel because she reported a line that wasn't pro-Israeli as per the usual BBC puppets.

The Fisk report is important in that it'll cement the feeling of being duped, but I dont think anyone believes their own leaders now anyway.

Would just like them to actually obey international law for a change, and for the countries who constantly spout about others not doing so - US/UK etc, and who Israel is an ally too, to maybe, for a change question and pressure them.

Won't happen though for a whole variety of reasons, but any moral high-ground any country that supports Israel thinks it has - is laughable, a slow genocide of a population and people being tolerated and effectively supported by the 'free west'

RT rightly gets slated for being pro Russian and serving a very Russian political agenda mate, but having lived in both countries, and now being someone who digests both sets of media - and other sources independent of them, can tell you right now, the Western media with several reporters being the exception is worse than what i see in Russia in terms of quality, diversity and driving political agendas. Never seen the RHussian media actually run a campaign targeting immigrants, people on disability or benefits, championing the destruction of things such as School systems and the NHS.

Will give a very relevant at this time example, imagine how the world would perceive what happened over here in the media with phone hacking if Russia would have been the UK, imagine what the worlds opinion of Russian media/government would have been should what happened with several media outlets and the government/police cover up over Hillsborough, imagine how the world would perceive a Russian cover up of the Church, high profile celebrities, and politicians being involved in abhorrent and sustained organised child abuse rings.

When peoplke slate Russia and rar rar rar about the UKs freedom and democracy, they should think about those things and ask themselves how free actually are they, or are they just being told they are by the MSM

Mate, only the very very few jump up and down and wave the union jack in the air types take anything from this. Most people have looked and thought 'oh here we go again lies, lies and more to wage war and for them to make money'. The legacy of the big Goebbels weapons of mass destruction lie has come home to roost. I've lived through the Falklands war - mass jingoism, the 'enemy within', the First Iraq war - the Nayirah lying Goebbels testimony about Iraqi troops stealing incubators and throwing the babies on the floor and the subsequent wars the US has waged against the world backed by the poodle UK. The WMD and the sexy dodgy 45 minute dossier fooled people but this Salisbury false flag and the so called 'chemical attack' is only fooling the gullible. The vast majority of people see through it. There is no flag waving 'gotcha'.

As soon as the Tories talking about humanitarian the population turns around and says, 'you don't care about humans look at the state of the NHS, the care sector. Look at how they sanction disabled people and try and force them to work and if not they get no money'. What the sate controlled propagandist forget is that people's material conditions force them to view the world through the prism of their eyes. People have families and they see either themselves struggling or how some in their family or community as fighting to just survive. People look at the Windrush people and say, 'yeh, not surprised, that's how they treat people. My ...' and will go on about the treatment this or that person is receiving.

May is now up to her neck in the proverbial. When it is found out that when she was at the home office people were deported she will have nowhere to turn. That's why she put so much store in 'we didn't have time to consult parliament' because she needed to have a war, war to deflect from the mire she is in with Brexit, the NHS, sanctions etc.. Unfortunately, it hasn't worked and she will only survive because those Blairites in the Labour party will let May off the hook, because they would hate it if Corbyn was to be PM, as will the state controlled BBC and the rest of the supine media.

I noticed Leslie the MP fro Nottingham cheering May on as he attacked Corbyn. I would love to see how he justifies that to the Windrush people in Nottingham who face deportation.

Problem with UK politics mate is that most of them it's just an occupation, at uni doing their course they make a career choice if which party they will think they have more chance of getting a job in.

The left especially has lost almost all of the conviction or idealist politicians. Corbyn thankfully is one, sad thing is if he wasn't quite as true to his beliefs and would bend a little he'd likely win any election by a landslide.

Interesting how the MSM is going to influence the next election, Corbyn loses and any hope for the UK imo dies on that day as it shows they ultimately can decide whose in power still. Expect to see the idea of russian cyber attacks meddling in the future election gaining more and more coverage btw, it'll be a way to brainwash people to fall into line and disbelieve any independent poll or fair election result.

Thank god for Syrian air defences that shot down so many of last night missiles and saved lives. Similarly the other day, when they saved lives by intercepting 70% of all Us/UK/French incoming missiles.

Twas the Israeli's last night I believe. Attacking Iranian positions - they're none too fond of the Iranians being so close to their northern Eastern border. Place is like a shooting gallery atm ... anything could happen at any time!
