I disagree, Andy.

Not about his touch, which is indeed poor at times, nor about his hunger for goals.

But what he is bringing to the team is an ability to lead the line and his work off the ball is what is opening up the gaps for Barkley, Mc Carthy and Seamus to come marauding from further back on the field.

I think is is playing well in an unsung role and doesn't appear shattered to me.

Lukaku looks shattered to me. It would be great to be in the position to give the kid a bit of a rest.

Hes doing well taking so much attention away from other players but the kid lives for goals...you can tell hes desperate for one.

His touch and hold up play havent been good the past couple of matches and hes left himself isolated.

I got slaughtered on here for saying we didnt play well against fulham. We didnt play particularly great yesterday either but who gives a [Poor language removed]! Were flying and just need to keep getting the 3 points by any means necessary.

2 unbeleivable goals worthy of winning any game though!

....Lukaku will not look shattered when he scores a goal or two, mark my words that's all the medicine he needs.

I touched on this in another thread tbh. I do think he looks tired though. Hoping we sign a striker in Jan to help him out tbh. Its a lot to expect a 20 year old to lead the line for you on his own for an entire season.

Well that doesn't make any sense, because we won both fixtures last year and and immaculate records against both!

Yes but facts that are not anti Moyes have been deemed irelevent mate so it's all good. We would defo of lost or drawn against a team we had 100% win rate at our place.
