Not been a good pre-season for DCL who - off a poor baseline - looks ever more out of his depth as the team improves.

The rest have been pretty decent. Iceland has been patchy but he seems to play worse in the less intense games

Agree with most that a couple of em have been poor (lewin, Bernard) but reckon it's one of our better performances of the pre season. Not great but showing more promise than all the previous games.

Most of the team look back to last year's 'good' form.

Sigurdsson having a bit of a run-out but no problems. He knows when he needs to play (and score).

Richarlison getting some good minutes.

If only you could cross DCL's abilities with Niasse's uncanny knack of scoring goals with any part of his body necessary.

Be interesting to see how it works out with Kean. Do you keep DCL and play interchanging front players sacrificing Bernard? Or put Richarlison or Kean in the middle and DCL on the bench? Or, of course, maybe ANOther...

Dcl on the bench, always on the bench
