Whenever I'm away from an internet connection and can't get a stream or logon to the forum.I always look for the result on Sky Text.I never go directly to scores I go to Prem teams then latest team news,as the page opens I cross everything.Up until now I've alway found a good result.Sky Text goes off air today I fear for the rest of the season:).Anybody else have odd matchday superstitions?

Oh now this is a good thread..

I'm murder for stuff like this..
Especially if I've had a bet..

I've found Everton are much more likely to win if I don't stream a game online..

We never do well when I wear Everton gear on matchday.

Last time I did was Cardiff this year because I went to a bar to meet up with other Evertonians and wanted them to know who to look for. This is why Bainesy didn't get the penalty. Sorry.

Generally I avoid wearing anything Everton related for this reason.

I've actually dug out old clothing before to wear to a game as we won last time I wore it.. Two years apart is not un heard of..

Also, I firmly believe Everton will win any game I'm at the ground for.

Granted, I only have two matches of experience with this, and one was preseason against DC United, but I'm sticking with it. Sadly, the flights from North Carolina to Liverpool do not allow for me to cause us to be league winners.

An admission right here that this man is responsible for us not winning the league in recent history. Call yourself an Evertonian? Disgraceful.

I often check the scores on the Livescore app, I cover ours up and check it last, usually slowly moving my thumb to gradually reveal the score, cos obviously if I just looked at it straight away it'd be loads different.

What a weirdo you are

......In 1966 after the 3rd Round FA Cup tie my Mum noticed that a recent swimming certificate I'd won was upside down on the mantle piece. For the following rounds all the certificates came out and placed upside down above the coal fire. Of course, we won the Cup that year but she tried it again for a few years after and although we got the final in '68 the magic didn't work again.

I wake up every day knowing that I am the cause of our troubles.

Luckily NOT being at the match doesn't cause our defeat, so in truth I'm just not helping them cheat so we can retain dignity or something.

Hahaha you know you do it, and you reveal our opponents score first so if you see it's a 0 next to their name it's safe to reveal our bit, if there's anything other than a 0 you scrunch up your face and fear the worst as you reveal ours.

Haha nicely swerved, you've confused me enough to not blame you anymore.
