I mean, it's not as if we're completely averse to buying/loaning players without prem experience (Barry, Beto, Kean, Tosun, Rohl, Aznou, Chermiti, Lindstrom, Onana, Gomes, Gbamin, Straq etc.)

Not against Jesus because he’s not good. He is. More that I just don’t think he’d be Reed about playing for us. He’s had his big clubs in City and Arsenal and this would just be a pay day no doubt with some guarantee that we have to play him all the time. He’s a very good technical player when fit and massively better than anyone we have upfront. But again, we should be looking for the next Jesus not overpaying for the declining version.

It depends on the player and where they are in their career. If I was 19 and looking for a stepping stone club to get to one of the big European clubs I would 100% join Bournemouth, Brighton or Brentford ahead of Everton or Spurs.

To be fair I was watching the Bobby Brown shoes game down South when Deloufeu scored to go 1-1 at Arsenals ground when we were doing really well and the pub was full of never been to the stadium Arsenal fans….so I will always think of him highly

Always felt for the lad with his recent injuries. But he came across very hot and cold on form, but being honest if he was fantastic he wasn’t playing for Everton where we were was he

Spurs is a different, discussion. But if us and Brentford went for the same 10 players, 7 or 8 would join Everton. Do you think Grealish would go to Brentford or KDH.

No because I dont think they would be guaranteed the minutes that they get here as Brentford play a solid tactical system and have a much better squad than ours.
