Summer transfer window.

I mean, it's not as if we're completely averse to buying/loaning players without prem experience (Barry, Beto, Kean, Tosun, Rohl, Aznou, Chermiti, Lindstrom, Onana, Gomes, Gbamin, Straq etc.)

It's just that 9 out of 10 are utter, utter garbage.
You missed off arteta and Pienaar

Maybe Moyes is just pony at it now

Not against Jesus because he’s not good. He is. More that I just don’t think he’d be Reed about playing for us. He’s had his big clubs in City and Arsenal and this would just be a pay day no doubt with some guarantee that we have to play him all the time. He’s a very good technical player when fit and massively better than anyone we have upfront. But again, we should be looking for the next Jesus not overpaying for the declining version.

Please stop pretending that Brentford are seen as more attractive than Everton. You no doubt said the same type of crap about Swansea, Leicester and Bolton Wanderers at some point. It was BS then, and it’s BS now.
It depends on the player and where they are in their career. If I was 19 and looking for a stepping stone club to get to one of the big European clubs I would 100% join Bournemouth, Brighton or Brentford ahead of Everton or Spurs.

And Mirallas and Deloufeu and Digne and Mina... Digne was decent going forwards, but most of them were average Prem players really.
To be fair I was watching the Bobby Brown shoes game down South when Deloufeu scored to go 1-1 at Arsenals ground when we were doing really well and the pub was full of never been to the stadium Arsenal fans….so I will always think of him highly 👍
