Someone on another forum which shall remain nameless seems certain that Wan-Bissaka is happening.

I'd be horrified if that turns out to be true.

It has all the hallmarks of a signing from the Koeman era - wrong age, huge wages, not good enough with very obvious flaws and we will never be able to get rid of him.

Are they normally reliable?

As someone who has also read that forum for years, is there a reason that people on here that read it generally don't share the name?

I've always gone along with it and just refer to it as 'another forum' on here without really knowing why.

I don't even know which forum it is so there may be more specific reasons but just generally speaking I think there's an accepted etiquette to not 'advertise' other forums on the one you're using.

There should at least be 3 clues...

Strange ive not seen anyone on here suggest that those particular mates of Barry...were apparently not his, but Tyrique George's.

Chap who claims the AWB signing says its from a text off a usually reliable chap.

What that means...who knows but hes been on that forum for 20 years.

If you type the forums name in on google then theres one with a lot of Trump stuff...

Now you mention it, its definitely been stated that we were 'monitoring' him as we were Wharton but alas no trigger was pulled.

The thing here is, There is less players in world Football that haven't been linked with us than there is that have.
Some players, fine.

But I think over the space of one window to the next, any name that gets mentioned and for whatever reason they have been mentioned, suddenly by the next season they have become a memory of factual rumour.

We will be rummaging in the bargain bin a week before the transfer window closes.
This will lead to a slow start to the season.
Why do I say this? Because it’s the same every year.

Our new owners had an opportunity last year to build a professional scouting and recruitment structure.
Sadly, they are more interested in fleecing the fans.

Definitely read something (from Boyland think it was) that suggested we had a look at him but didn’t want to risk it.

If ever a clubs transfer strategy needed a massive overhaul, it’s ours. Very low expectations this summer.

While i 100% agree with the sentiment.

Id bet that if Bournemouth were looking at him then the whole of the PL has had a look at him and decided not to take the chance.

Also i think moyes has proven this season that even if we did sign him he'd be a player that made the bench every now and then and thats about it.

Same way if iraola had dibling and aznou they'd both be first team PL players by now.

What’s the thoughts on our “best” ITKs? Do we feel this summer will be tighter than ever with releasing info due to Moyes focusing on trying to stop that. It all seems very quiet, regardless of how much of a shambles we are youd surely expected the hierarchy to be all over the window no matter what the priority is.

Absolutely brilliant same as it ever is. Fat cats admin seem brain dead most of the time. Football acumen seems lacking.
