I know Walker is massively on the slide but he’s still streets ahead of any right back we have. Wages would be the issue though or he’d be fine for a year.

No. He is properly crap now. Relied on his pace for years and that is waning.

I wouldn’t mind Walker, but only if he’s part of a raft of signings. Of different ages and levels of experience.

If Walker’s indicative of our approach this summer, then THAT’S what’d be disappointing.

I've got no problem with Walkers ability it's just short term again.

A position that's needed sorting for years.

One thing he will bring is experience and leadership we've probably lost with Young.

Finite resources I guess - this defers the problem for a year.

Walker is an improvement on the right back options we've had available this season, even if he's past his best.

I'd have preferred we address the position properly, but not every position is going to be one we can sort for the long term this summer

1 year left on Walker's deal too. So, either actual money paid for him or no attempt at the Grealish loan.

I hope to God this isn’t true. Was always the worry with Moyes and his love of 'proven PL' players.
