That article in the Athletic yesterday made for very positive reading about the new structure and the people we've hired to fill these positions. It does feel like there's a plan in place, which is great to see.

The one thing I'd say as a note of caution is that some of these people won't come in until after the transfer window closes. There's a huge amount of work to do this summer and we are doing it with half a management structure in place. Having a successful window is going to be a huge challenge.

Medium term, I'm reassured we have a structure and a plan. Short term it might be a bit "seat of the trousers" stuff. Be lovely if I'm wrong about the last bit.

I'd more than trust Moyes with handling our transfers this summer..
