I just read on the beeb that they're expecting us to have a budget within a region of £50-100m. Seems quite low given the task?

Explains why we're so keen on re-signing Keane and co.

I know they’re coming up but there’s that Burnley CB (Estève I think) ….Burnley fan I know reckons he’s the best CB they’ve ever had and he’s mainly the reason their defence has been tight all season.
We signed a Burnley CB before after they had a good season and have been counting the days down to when his contract runs out.

Can't see how this can possibly the case.
As I understand it , PSR only covers a 3 year period , and we certainly haven't been spending excessively recently.
If you combine that issue with the fact that many of our major wage burdens either have left , or are about to leave , then I doubt the accuracy of the BBC article.
As Keane is hopefully (at best) a fourth choice CB , then either he is due an enormous pay cut , or more likely , is on borrowed time. Same rationale applies to DCL in my mind.

Between 50 and 100. In other words a complete guess . Theres a massive difference between the lower end and higher end of that guess

Why do people believe anything Kieran Maguire says? Honestly, have we not learnt anything from the points deductions saga where he wrote repeated garbage about us time and time again.
