I said it before, but I think Ben Doak is Jack Harrison Jr. He's a very similar player, i.e., undersized, hardworking, keeps making certain people think there's something there, but probably will never be worth the investment. He's faster than Harrison, but not as strong and weaker in every aspect, and it's a massive gamble to think he'll turn into something more and thrive in the Premier League because he's fast.
A friend of mine is a huge Boro fan so often we watch the games together and I must have seen Doak at least 15 times and I have to say he is nothing like Jack Harrison except he plays the same position. Often doubled up on because of his pace. Boro missed out on the playoffs because of Doaks injurie in my opinion. I think he is a much better option than flowers at WBA although I do like Flowers

He probably misses his BFF Barkers:

So he'll probably go where ever he is. 🤷‍♂️
We need to bring the age of the squad down, not the IQ.

Grealish has always played on the left.
Would love to see peak grealish in an Everton shirt, but worried that has already gone.
Smacks of signing gascoigne and ginola

He is thirty in September, and his game time has been limited, Gazza and especially Ginola were finished before they got to us and had about 150000 miles on their engines, Grealish isn't!

Think its moot though as his first choice would be Villa and 350k per week might be an issue

his goals and assists are better than Harrison, he has electric speed which help being a winger.

Harrison is just OK without the ball 🙄

Holgy coming back into the fold will.be like a new signing
And after his performance at Newcastle the pairing of Keano and Holgy will be a shoe in at HDS

I've seen bits and bobs. I maintain my stance. Not exactly set the Championship on fire for Boro. Plus add in the RS factor. If we've money it'll be spent better elsewhere in my opinion. Bet your watched every game he's ever played so guess you're better placed than me to have an opinion though, which is fine.

“not exactly set the championship on fire”

Get to a florist then.

Man City supporting mate has suggested we could do a lot worse than Callum Doyle. Academy graduate who has been out on loan last few seasons, including Norwich this season. Apparently highly rated. Can play left centre back or left back. Wants a permanent move.

Angel Gomes and Kyle Walker Peters would be two quality free transfer-signings, as long as they dont want and outrageous sign on fee.

Hope we see Everton making these shrewded pieces of business and not splashing cash on “names” which heart is not in place. That nearly killed us.

Hence we should STAY AWAY from Grealish. He’s an prime example of the opposite of an Everton-player. Besides, we have a similar player in N’Diaye who I find better anyway
