So Dibling & Dewsbury Hall (if both get done) + Right back + another winger (I hope Grealish on loan) gets the squad up to 25 players and enough cover everywhere. Then we still have to decide on the futures of Patterson, Armstrong/Iroegbunam, Tyrer and Chermiti .

The club are apparently confident of getting Grealish on loan and still want him after KDH and Dibling.

I honestly think Barry will take over as our starting striker too. He didn’t leave first team football and the CL with Villarreal to sit on our bench with us paying 30 mill.

That’s two improvements (hopefully) on a line up that was playing well under Moyes at the end of last season.

If we add Dibling it would be a third. Plus the bench is stronger as Beto, Alcaraz, McNeil become subs rather than starters.

I think Beto getting the #9 means Barry will have to earn it. But DM was critical of Beto yesterday so who knows.
