No one is saying we don’t need to replace Harrison, doucure or Dcl as far as I can tell, but we damn sure need to aim for much better than them.

Theres a reason why dcl and Doucs are still without a club after leaving us and no one has moved for Harrison lads. They played because we had not much else, we have time to remedy that this window.

I also think our 26th choices for those positions will be an upgrade on what we had, if we don’t end up getting our top targets.

In context, I was replying to somebody saying that Harrison was just a bum on the bench by saying he wasn't because he played 34 times. If you can't understand why playing 34 times means he wasn't just a bum on the bench, I really can't help you.

You can 'replace' Jack Harrison with young Justin Clarke for all I care - but it still doesn't address the need to get a quality wide forward like Fofana or Kubo through the door if we ever truly want to kick on finally.....

This player is really good.

As for the price tag, Como's ownership is ridiculously rich. Hands down the richest in Italy and among the richest in Europe. PT Djarum, hartono brothers. Actually they're buying the world this summer and they have the capabilities to win the championship in 3-4 years.

We need to learn from Kubo, if there's any truth in either rumour going after players with hefty sell on clauses is a no go when we're on a budget. All that happens is the selling club add the sell on amount on top of the original valuation

Ok mate. We don’t need to replace the bloke that played right midfield for us all last season. We just need a new right midfielder.

You mentioned buying more players in January. We certainly weren't in a position to sell the women's team at that point, nor were we in a position to spend 30 or 40 million on 2 or 3 players then.

You had until 30 June to file the sale of the club for it to count on last years figures.
