To be fair, he's an expert in stating the obvious.

It's pretty obvious we are waiting until July.

I'm a bit wary of overrating him because he's not (unless ive missed something) performed for longer than a season nor has he lit up any games against top sides.

Could be wrong.

He doesn't look quick enough to be able to get a yard on his man in the Premier League. That's my concern against him.

He's hugely skilful but I'm unsure how that would translate as a #10 when he's getting pressed at high speed & volume.
