I'm half hoping a deal that sees Branthwaite go out and Maguire comes in can be done today.

I;d like to think so, but I'd prefer a player of stature like Maguire.

The only stature he has is as a big club failure and now he has the added tag of being a greedy sod as he won't accept Man Utds severance offer and would rather sit on the bench than go and play football somewhere. The only person who rates him is that waistcoat wearing melt Southgate.

To be honest I don't understand what a Cornet loan deal means to us. Obviously we still have some money to spend. But if we agree on a loan for a winger( which bobble said is our main target),then who do we plan to spend the money on?

Bobble claims we're going back in for Gnonto and Sinisterra from Leeds. We like Bakayoko and Sulemana too and Cornet will be last resort if we can't get any of them.
