Summer signings analysis.

I'm not into this cash in on Felli stuff. Anyway, as i see it its far from certain he will be moving on.

There's only 4 clubs in england that he could go to. Wenger never buys 20m+ players anymore. I doubt he's on Pellegrini's radar. Moyes has said he wont raid Everton. Which leaves Mourinho at Chelsea... who knows who he'll be after... probably super high profile players with big egos like Ronaldo and rooney.

Abroad, not too many options either. Very few clubs who shop at that level.

The counter argument is that a lot of money will be spent this summer with the new tv deal, but I hope he stays.
True, cant see anyone coming in with a bid of 25 million for him, just hope the new manager plays him in a CM role tho.

Yeah... on the one hand he's probably not a martinez type player, but at least he would play him in CM. On the other hand an English manager would probably love him but play him up front.

I've heard lots of braindead pundits and commentators say his best position is up front.

We defo need Fer and Negredo, we need a CB but not as much as people make out, we've got Jags, Heitinga, Distin, Duffy and Stones, so maybe add Dragovic to that list and we'll be covered. We could possibly do with another CM to replace Neville, maybe Onazi or Ofoe.

You're forgetting Barkley.

the thing is, all those players that are listed may not be on the new managers radar like they were on Moyesies?!. We were dead keen on Fer & Negredo but who's to say that, for example, Martinez takes over, he'd be interested in such players?!.

The new man will have totally different ideas as to new signings when he comes in.

Yeah but we might keep the same scouting system?!.

If we can't get Fer, I think we should go for Younes Belhanda, he is about as versatile as Fellaini can play winger, behind the striker, or CM. He is for sale for £8m and is only 23.

I think he'd be a good replacement for Fellaini, we'd play nicer togger with him as well.r

Sot of agree but the problem is his head has been turned; he doesn't want to be here anymore so we might as well cash in while his stock's so high

"Osman has been especially targeted*by opposition attackers, dribbled past 58 times this season, the second highest tally in the Premier League."

Interesting

I was just about to mention that too.

What a shocking stat that is. It only confirms my thoughts that defensively Osman offers absolutely nothing.

Decent article that though, you can tell they've actually watched us once or twice this season. The Bleacher Report does some good stuff.
