Poster Valuation: #1
1 - Keep hold of Fellaini

2 - Sign a boss striker.

3 - If we have to sell any of our players to generate money then make sure it's the ones who don't trouble the first team.

4 - On the other hand, those boss strikers don't come cheap. So if we sell anyone ace then make sure we rip somebody off in value.

5 - Don't sell Fellaini like.

6 - Find us some money. If that means sacking off the board then do it.

7 - Keep hold of Moyes.

8 - top yerself when most of these don't happen.......

Ive already got my wish list for next season.

If we can start the season with a back five of Howard , Coleman , Baines , Distin and Jags and then a midfield three of Rodwell , Arteta and Fellaini then that eight looks ideal for a push for the higher places.

The problem is the front three places.

If we are going to play the 4/5/1 or 4/3/3 we really do need three new attacking players which on our budget will be a struggle.

Vaughan , Yak , Yobo and Bily could raise about £12m or so if we have a further £8m already then that gives us £20m ( a lot of guess work here )

£20m to sign three players to improve the TEAM is not an easy task.

8 - Buy Piatti from relegated Almeria and Klose - it's that simple

9 - Keep Baines

  • Get Moyes a new assistant manager
  • Get rid of all the GK staff except Howard because we never use any
  • Play proper pre-season matches not American ale house teams
  • Get the manager and players an Eveton history book to show them what a team with Everton Royal Blue look like with a trophy in their hands

THIS.

And also explain to them what Nil Satis Nisi Optimum means.

1. we need a striker who can make more than 15 goals in a season. (Klose comes to mind, again...)

2. keep fellaini

3. keep baines

Sell Bily, Yobo, Yakubu, Vaughan, Anichebe and Saha if any Turkish sides are willing to still pay a fortune. Sign some better players, I'll let Moyes decide who.

Also let some of the youth players ie Barkley and Hope break through in the summer.

Raising as much cash as possible. Sell Yobo, Yakubu, Mucha, Vaughan, Anichebe, Bilyaletdinov and Heitinga and try to wrangle as much cash out of them as possible.

Any offer of 15-20m for Rodwell and be prepared to listen.

Keep Baines and Fellaini at all costs.

Bring in two strikers. One proven and experienced one, Klose/Elmander/Defoe and someone younger with lots of potential, preferably being Jelle Vossen. He certainly made enormous progression through the course of this season. Wasn't really convinced by him earlier this season, but that has certainly changed by now.

When at Genk, try to trash out a deal for Kevin de Bruine and Thiebaut Courtois at the same time. If the delegation is afraid to get lost, I happily catch up with them at Maastricht Airport or Brussels and drive them to Genk myself.

Would like to see us swoop for Douglas Franco Texeira of FC Twente, as successor to John Heitinga.

Two wingers please, N'Zogbia/Jarvis/Elia/Dzudziak/???/???/???

Back up to Baines.

David Vaughan on a free transfer.
