Just been having a chat with Mr Esk on twitter, our wage bill is "projected" to be around 140m currently.

140m, I honestly feel sick.

The worst part about it is the amount of players being paid a wage who are contributing nothing, and haven't for some time.

I thought it was a bit high myself and maybe when im bored I will try and do the math, BUT, when you think about it, we gave Mirallas a new contract, Coleman, Besic and probably others im missing, PLUS signing about 20 players last summer, its honestly not in the realms of reality.

Plus, in the interests of fairness, it wasnt his projection.

Question on those wages. Is that just playing staff? Or includes coaches and management?

And office staff? And cleaners? And tea ladies?

Obviously players take the big chunks but wondered if that includes everything?

I would say wages is wages we pay to EVERYBODY.

But, what is other operating costs? I mean I know it covers things like policing, but does it cover admin wages?
