Succession Planning - Managerial Wishlist

I think we should start the entire Managerial circle again.. Just do the same again (like a crap roller coaster)

- Moyes (now)
- Martinez (next)
- Koeman
- Allardyce
- Silva

Yeah it is boring to watch us stand still while other teams with a fraction of our backing make meaningful steps forward.
Leicester City who are now a League One team have won 4 domestic trophy's ( not including charity shields) since we last won a trophy .
But people insist we should stick with Moyes as he is the safe option.
We have a generation of supporters who have not seen us win diddly squat ,if we are not ambitious now with new owners and a new ground when will we be?
It's Glasner for me and the time is now for next season.

Arsenal - Arteta (S)
City - Pep - (?) Would he leave without league/Champions league
United - Carrick (?)
Filth - Slot - (S)
Villa - Emery - (?)
Bournemouth - Iraola (G)
Brentford - Andrews - (S)
Brighton - Hurzeler - (S)
Chelsea -
Everton - Moyes - (S)
Fulham - Silva - (G)
Sunderland - Le Brie - (S)
Newcastle - Howe - (G)
Leeds - Body snatcher - (S)
Palace - Glasner - (G)
Forest - Pereira - (S ?)
Spurs - De Spursey - (depends on relegation)
West Ham - Nuno - ( As Above )
Burnley - Parker - (G)
Wolves - Edwards - (S)

Possible crazy Manager turnaround.

Already had about 10 managers come and go

It seems like many see success as purely being a Premier League club - and an also-ran at that. I'll never understand that. If you told me now that we would spend the next 100 years in the top flight and win nothing, I'd say what's the point.

In the end, it's all about the Honours list. In all the books and magazines and sticker albums, club profiles list honours, not how many times a club was relegated - or even how many seasons they were top flight. Nobody cares Everton spent 122 seasons in the top flight. Most people wouldn't even know. It's a proud record, but it's not an honour, a title, or a trophy.

And then of course people try to make it a discussion about whether we would swap with Leicester. But that's not the point at all. It's not a choice between "doing a Leicester" and suffering relegations as a price for cup or league wins or "doing a Kenwright" and staying up as an also-ran. Why can't Everton remain a permanent fixture - which, by size of the club alone should never be in doubt if competently run - AND compete for cups, if not leagues?

It's a false comparison. Leicester is a fine club - but not in our size class. And it doesn't have our history of success. We simply replaced our birthright with Kenwright.

Glasner definitely an improvement and more of a winner than Moyes. Not sure I can imagine us playing 3 at the back though. Not to say we couldn't, would just be weird.

Iraola just fits the bill of what I want personally. Progressive, attacking manager that develops young players. Always plays to win, and personality seems to me to fit the club. Don't have much hope we get it done now tbh but do see him as a pretty perfect fit for our project.
