Succession Planning - Managerial Wishlist

A new manager brings risk whenever they are appointed. What mitigates that risk is appointing a quality proven managerial talent like Glasner who was available and reportedly wanted to stay in the PL.
Oh I don't disagree. I'm talking more about TFG having a 2 year plan with Moyes at the helm, as a 'safe pair of hands' - he gets the club, he gets required points, he brings stability. It would have to surely be exceptional circumstances for them to disrupt that right now. Maybe a top quality available manager like Glasner is just that, but I'd be very surprised.

I guess we'll see!
