It's kind of ridiculous how bad our strikers are.
I'd do a swap with any premier league club bar huddersfield.

He’s unpredictable and creates chances to score, especially against teams that sit back.

I totally agree that he isn’t the best footballer, but he can score goals and is a nuisance to defenders. Tosun and DCL are very similar in that they don’t turn the opposition back line, which makes them easy to defend against.

He doesn't though... Like, not once when he's played this season has he done that.

He did well when we were God awful last year. For a spell. I've got nothing against him, I'm glad he became a cult figure for him, even though I hate that the club got into that position.

But while I didn't mind him staying in the summer, if one striker is to leave then it will be him.

Niasse in January to Cardiff, Tosun in June to Germany, maybe Werder

Question is, when the new striker arrives, and Richy back to his original position, who will be out, Bernard or Theo? For sure one of them will be pissed, maybe Theo can also depart for this reason

I would sell both Niasse and Tosun and loan DCL out. Bring in 2 new players one who wants to play central or left. The other needs to play right or central and be left footed to balance the team out a little. Walcott drops to bench to be unleashed on teams in the last 25-30 minutes of games. That would be a statement of intent being able to have Walcott as a sub!

I cant see that as a statement of intent. More of a deadwood player on the bench earning big wages and seeing his value plummet.

He's the only right winger currently at the club so he would need to stay regardless. He is a massive upgrade in Lennon who we had last season. For me he offers more from the bench as his main asset is pace. Unfortunately we don't have anyone apart from perhaps Richarlison who is better in the right. Unfortunately Richarlison is probably also our best LW and our best CF as well. If only we could clone him!

He hasn’t been given a chance this season, when he came off the bench last season he changed the game on more than one occasion.

I’ve said that I think he will go first, I don’t agree with it though as I think he’s more effective as a back up / coming off the bench, than what the other 2 are.
