Couple of rumours around the internet Man U are looking at Sofiane Feghouli of Valencia,he'd be an ideal player to fill the Pienaar role there is some difference of opinions if he is out of contract at the end of the season or not.

I have strong doubts whether Pienaar will ever play more than a handful games for the club; if he ever plays again apart from a token gesture.

He's not a spring chicken any more and injuries seem to be getting the better of him. Will he then oust other players in our starting XI?

Great servant for the club and one I have enjoyed watching over the years (technically superb), but personally it's time to cut our loses.

Same with Hibbert unfortunately.

.....agree. My main concern is the years of physical combat catching up on a light frame. This league is very demanding and he does take a lot of contact. I think it's probably one of the reasons Cahill moved on, granted that he was a more combative player than Pienaar.
