As for my tuppence worth, I agree Jagielka may not be the most vocal captain, but imagine the confidence blow it'd give him if he was stripped of the role.

I think it's relevant to the thread mentioning how many times he mentioned Lundstram. It's typical of him, every player in the youth squad is the answer. There must be a whole string of names we've let go, that he's banged on about. In another two years, there'll be a whole raft of new names getting thrown around by him. It's embarrasing for him. He should stick to Football Manager and let the professionals do the real work.
