Not sure if it's been mentioned on here, but there's a fantastic podcast on BBC sounds called "13 minutes to the moon"
The first series is about Apollo II, the second about Apollo XIIV, a third about the space shuttle and there is now one about the current Artemis mission... the first two especially are incredible, in depth interviews and recordings of the missions presented clearly... The technological achievements of these are hard to comprehend, but also fascinating to listen to.
I highly recommend them to anyone interested in space flight/exploration
