This mentality shift towards 'negative/panic mode' whenever we go ahead really needs to be addressed. The players always seem to get really nervous trying to consolidate a lead and we end up making several mistakes and rash decisions which ultimately cost us. Happened at Leeds & Brentford and almost happened against West Ham.
