I think the change was taking one of the wingers off and going 3 in midfield to help Allan and VDB.

I genuinely don't understand how hard it can be to move a ball down the pitch and get within some sort of range to kick the ball on target at the goal. Its like its some mad witchcraft that we haven't figured out yet.
