This squad can not defend at Prem level and so why would anybody with a brain join until he can buy 4 new defenders?

You buy stocks when the market is at its lowest. I'm hoping a manager gets promised a January warchest, and is willing to wade through this [Poor language removed] for 1 more full month.

It's still the BPL, and it'll be several hundred million pounds. That's enticing even if we're at the bottom of the table. Also, it'll only attract the kind of manager who truly believes he can get us out of this hole.

Keane has to be the worst central defender I’ve seen in an Everton shirt in years, and I saw Li WeiFeng. In a year when Jagielka and Williams could be described as ‘Sunday League Standard’ that takes some doing.

No one can run with a ball, we can’t string three passes together and we generally have no hope.

The defense is awful but they're not getting any help either, we can all see that defending is a major issue at the back and yet the midfield offers no protection at all, they can barely string 2 passes together and just constantly invite pressure and then disappear when they lose the ball. None of the players look like they want to be out there, none of them are working for each other and the attack/midfield has been just as bad as the defense.

As much as we're desperate for the January transfer window to open to correct mistakes that were made in the Summer, we're still 9 games away from doing anything with that and we need to be picking up points way before then otherwise it'll be too late.
