Onyekuru is currently playing well in an admittedly poor Anderlecht side, scoring 7 goals. He's 20 years old.

He had created more chances and provided more assists than anyone else in our squad prior to his injury last year Zat.

I can think of six or seven sitters he created off the top of my head that weren't put away as well - two of them in his first 15 minutes as an Everton player.

He's a good player who offers what we don't have. Not world class - nobody is saying that - but a strong, powerful and quick winger which is what is needed in the Prem.

I'd hope that no one would go without a replacement lined up.

But I'd take the likes of Klassen and Martina out of the firing line as they ain't performing at all. I hope that Klassen can be reincorporated into the first team with more success but I have a doubt about Cuco.

I'd love shut of Ashley Williams. He is my personal bugbear. But again I wouldn't do it unless we had a replacement lined up. I think he has a role to play still, but I hope it is a simplified role where he just defends in a simple system with his only attacking duties being a big lump who jumps at attacking free kicks.

Oh yeah - find a striker.
