I think a large section of the pro-Koeman supporters on the forum have turned against Barkley for his silence and due to RK's comments, also considering our last performance against Arsenal. I am pro-Koeman but also pro-Barkley so I voted for him to stay.

I wonder how many of the 'keep' voters would say otherwise if we had a genuine bid of say £35 mil come in.

The Barkley that broke through who ran at defences and shot on sight - keep. The one now who chooses the easy option most of the time by passing it out wide, or beats a man ready to have a shot, then takes 3 extra touches than is needed and has his shot blocked or is tackled - sell.

Barkley is supposed to be one of our star players. I'm all for him keeping possession when needed but he's lost his spark for me.

There maybe a reason for that, a former manager didn't class anything a true goal unless it involved all 11 players, passing the ball a minimum 87 times...
