Did anyone else watch this tonight? I may be wrong but have they just a whole hour show and not even mentioned Everton at all? This would be bad under normal circumstances but considering the amazing transfer window we have just had it is absolutely scandalous.

I didn’t see it but I will hazard a guess they spent quite a bit of time talking about Manchester United not buying anyone today and the RS finally completing the jigsaw and that this is really going to be their year at last

Merson gave us a B+ on there window ratings on their website but his whole comments were about how we spent too much on Richarlison and then kept saying how its fine to spend over 60m on keepers. That guys is totally screwed up.

In fairness its either Merson or Alan mullet mc Inally that usually draw the short straw and cover our games for that shower so hed have to give us marks

The best part is the "goalies win as many games as strikers line." If that were true then it wouldn't have taken 15 years to break the GK transfer record and it would be a lot closer to the forward record than it is. But no Merson of course the conventional wisdom that everyone else shares isn't true and really it is ok to break the bank on goalies. He should have just wrote I don't think it is ok for anyone to try to spend the amount required to get near Sky's favorite teams and Everton did that

Watched today as it was TDD but really, if you don’t support the RS or Man U there is nothing on that channel for you. EFC yes got nothing but even as a neutral, Man City Prem champions and all that got no coverage either, was total b******s!

To them talking about United and Spurs signing absolutely effing no one is a more important topic of debate than us bringing in 3, possibly 4, new signings. All of those signings are big name players who have competed for big clubs or on a big stage as well, not career nomads no one's heard of who'll make no difference.

Forget Sky, I prefer them ignoring us than rather than trying to sell our best players.

We're Everton,we don't care. Do whatever you want. We'll laugh at you anyway.

In fairness, theres has been pretty spot on, plugged known gaps with good players, all done very, very early? I would like to think we will do similar in all the windows going forward!

If you watched SSN between 4 and 6 it was literally wall to wall Everton. We got loads of coverage.

Their predictions are mostly incorrect and woeful yet they never have to held against these. Most seasons they’re predicting Liverpool or United for the league and neither have won it since 2013. None of them predicted Leicester, even at the point when normal football fans started to think they could do it they were still all writing them off. They are no better than some bloke at the pub chatting wham about the match.

Learn to love it bud, i revel in the fact that none of the Sky inbreeds like us (with one or two rare exceptions) because when the likes of Charley Nicolas and superconk start liking us it means we are a million miles away from threatening their cosy cabal!
