I don't know that much about whisky, it turns me a bit mental so I tend to stay away from it if possible,

I do have a bottle of hankey bannister in ours though, is that any good ?

Talisker is one of the greats.

I bought a litre of this for Â£20 in Madrid airport last week.

Can't go wrong at that price.

Islay man mesel - Ardbeg being the daddy IMHO.
Orkney's highland park is a great whisky - true all rounder. That's a good one to pick up if you're getting started with the malts.

Aye, cheers. It is indeed a gorgeous dram and I'm a big fan but I think it's a bit overpriced for what it is.

Had a bottle the one before last.

Not very glam but Glenfiddich is a nice drop for the price.
