Should Moyes be in charge for the last two games?

He should be in the stands, away from the dugout in my view. He deserves a good send off, but he should not be managing the team.

I just hope, the camera does not pan to Kenwrights grid and the crowd applaud him again. That will hurt me more

Then players respect him, he's build them to be the players they are today. They're not a bunch of mercenaries.

I really want to live in your world of rainbows and happy bunnies.

All footballers are mercenaries. Actually most humans are come to think of it. Dont be daft.

If plebs like us resign, plebs at the lower end of the food chain, we have to serve our notice period. Fine, but how many executives, at the top of the food chain do that? None. I've seen execs escorted out by security as soon as the word is given. If the boss at BA was poached by Virgin, he'd be out the door ASAP, regardless of how good a bloke he was. They would ensure their corporate integrity before sentimentality.

I wouldn't mind if he's there for a send off, but if he's in charge of the game, and he knows who he's taking with him, then what's to stop him subbing those players off too soon?

Agree totally with this. He should have no access to any confidential info anymore, I appreciate the job he's done and I don't begrudge him a shot at one of the biggest jobs in world football, but the second this was announced he should have been relieved of all his duties.

:@ Moyes had got an offer in a lifetime and he deserves it, I bet you were one those those who use to post ****e like this he wont get a better offer then us, he only here for the money cos he wont demand 65 grand a week anywhere, no big clubs want him. Get a grip, you should respect the fans that want him to finish his contract.

Has the fact that he is now the manager elect of one of our rival clubs somehow escaped you? Do you know what it means?

It means his interests are no longer to benefit Everton, but to benefit Manchester United. Is that appropriate for someone in charge of Evertons first team?

if he loses against west ham he is going to get it from the fans, is that really the send off we want to give him.

Seriously hes not our manager any more.

In name only, his mind should rightfully be on his next challenge.

When Moyes said he was going I initially thought we would be more than OK without him. Now im not so sure as I am seeing just how pathetic aspects of our once great club are.

We should be under a siege mentality right now not a celebratory mode over a bloke who has done a god job but is leaving us.

Its madness, absolute madness. I like to think that im quite reasonable when it comes to other peoples opinions regarding Everton but some of the stuff regarding Moyes and our last two games has got me seething!

Im off to lie down as my mind is properly messed up right now!

He the type of manager who will give 100%, why would managing our 2 final games benefit Man u.

Stunned at this

Moyes has given us 11 years of his life and saved us from some dark days.

He has gone to sign for the biggest club in the world and we begrudge him a decent send off?!?!

Personally, I am glad he has gone (it was past time) but, will do everything I can to show him the gratitude he deserves for what he has done.

Ok, so he didn't manage his departure very well - sh1t happens.

What is this wank? More like we have given Moyes 11 years of being in charge of one of the best and proudest clubs in the land and all whilst being extremely well paid.

He should feel honoured. Not us.

I'm the exact same mate. I am normally tempered when it comes to all thinks Everton. Don't get me wrong I love this great football club, but I rarely let it get at me as much as this does currently. I am fuming and cannot stop grinding my teeth at the way some fans and the board think that Everton FC can be treated as a lapdog to Manchester United. I am grateful to Moyes for all he has done but he's gone. GONE. And that should be reflected in who looks after the team from now on.

His professionalism aint in question. But he is Manchester Uniteds manager now. Anyone who wants to thank him write him a bloody letter or something, clap him when he returns next season. Why are we doing it on our own time when we have proper games to win? We will gain nothing by having him in charge. No new players will get tried, no new ideas will be used and it will be like a testimonial. Crazy stuff.

Round should be caretaker manager until a replacement is found. Moyes should leave and say his thanks and goodbyes at a press conference.

Fans seem to forget in the lescott situation were he announced he wanted to go to City DM played him & oh what a poor performance he gave - does BK no anything other than is love in with DM - if DM had left in the right way as a fan stated his next game at Goodson with Man U he would have got a tremendous reception - this leaves the situation a little bit sour to me!BK is left floundering around saying all the wrong things to the media!
