Should Moyes be in charge for the last two games?

I don't see the issue, he's seeing out his contract and will be doing everything possible to make sure he goes out on the right note.

You don't think he'll be doing everything possible to ensure he is successful at United - including getting a target or two a bit cheaper? I would if I was him.

Edit there's a reason if you leave Goldman Sachs to go to Ernst and Young they give you Gardening Leave and never make you work your notice!

I was just playing devil's advocate for a second there.
These are my feelings

FFS Why can't they play this at the game? the perfect ****ing song for the situation.

Fair enough. I just think he deserves a bit more respect than some of our fans on here are willing to show him but each to their own.

No worries, Dan.

This issue has been very divisive for the Everton family and that is why I just believe he should now be gone so the wounds can start to heal.

Roll on August, pal :D

I've never been a great fan of these end of season parades myself, warranted if you've won something of course. Regardless of the Moyes situation, I don't think finishing 6th/7th this season is anything to celebrate. We could and should have finished higher, and I certainly wont be cheering to the rafters as Moyes is paraded around the pitch, he's not the Moyessiah, he's been a very naughty boy.

Should he manage the final 2 games? No.

That said there are no wounds. I wish him well except when he is playing us. Its modern football and the man was offered probably the biggest club job in the world. He is 50. We don't have the money to compete. It would be wrong to ask him not to look at success at United. They are a despicable corporate raider but the man is entitled to his ambition.

I get the feeling people who want him on the bench Sunday, are to young to remember when we where successful. To have him anywhere near the game on Sunday makes us look more like a lower league outfit happy to be a stepping stone and is an indication of how far we have fallen under Kenwright.Very sad and embarrassing the issue is even being discussed.

Agree 100%

Agree, but the rot was pre-Kenwright. To be honest that's a whole another thread (that I know already exists).

I hate to bring the RS into this but can you even begin to imagine their attitude if they were in this situation ? Moyes would have been politely but firmly asked to clear his desk and vacate the building, why are Everton fawning over him still ? Shameful

Will be a very strange feeling applauding the Man U manager for all his work over the last decade at Goodison ... Could of been handled better, if only to cheers to OUR manager and not Utd's....

I think he should... we shall beat West Ham and Chelsea... Spurs will lose against Stoke and Sunderland and we shall qualify for the Europa League on goal difference.

Believe that!

To wit.....Shankly had to work out at Bellfield because the RS wouldn't let him near Melwood.
