He once described an Everton fans protest as just one man and his dog.
We don't need hangers on, because that's what he is.

This exactly.Nothing has changed at this club and if it hasn't now it never will sadly.
This summer the owners had the perfect opportunity to change all the bad stuff about us as a club and they have failed miserably.
How can you be so out of touch with the fanbase that's the heartbeat of the club, and bring back someone to the payroll in a nothing role who dissed the fans so much.
For me this is more about the Owners/CEO than Sharp himself.
Everton, the only place where the headlocks are less real than the WWEEven the wwe gave hulk hogan a second chance
A poster can't remember who stated just after they purchased us - they may only be in it for the Stadia - & wished the 2 big Evertonians would have purchased us , but had to back out - because the mess our books were in under BK & the Mosh - 777 & dodgy off shore loans we were lucky we never went bust TBHThis exactly.
I'm begining to wonder if @davek is right and these are just a bunch of mercenaries who will flog us on in a couple of years once they've made their quick buck.
Early days yet so I'll give them another season, but the ticket price hike and now this tells me they couldn't care less, hopefully I'm wrong.
I've changed my mind. Give him the keys to Hill Dickinson.Welcome back, Graeme Sharp.
The old Everton is regrouping like pools of mercury off Terminator 2The conspiracy theory that Kenwright faked his death and is sat somewhere in a Dr Evil-esque lair in the Solomon Islands overseeing all of this is starting to gather some steam I think.
I reckon Kenwright is like the Emperor from Star Wars, upon the death of his physical body, his spirit goes from host to host to carry on his evil legacy. The conspiracy theory that Kenwright faked his death and is sat somewhere in a Dr Evil-esque lair in the Solomon Islands overseeing all of this is starting to gather some steam I think.
He was my favourite player back in the day and one of the genuine legends. Having said that though I am really not into this employing ex players just because of who they once were. Honour them but don't employ them. Football is completely different now to what it was back then and most of them have little to offer in the modern game. Wish that wasn’t the case but it just is and so we end up paying out unnecessary money for yes men basically.2nd highest goal scorer in our history - he worked under mis management - if you were offered a big wage you would not turn it down - in any walk of life .....
