Seamus Coleman

I will always remember when he came on as a sub vs Spurs last season or 2 seasons ago. Completely changed the game with his relentless energetic runs on the wing. He got the assist as well from what I remember.

what I will say is he is more likely to grow into a full back than he will a winger you normally start as a winger n move back not the other way round. He'l do as a squaddie to add a bit of headless chicken running if we're down with half an hour to go but thats about it i think.

Give the lad a chance. The club has tolerated the biggest load of crap at right back for an entire decade and no-one will give Seamus a decent run at his natural position. We have no money to buy a better right back, so give him a Seamus a shout.

If he fails then flog him.

Last years young player of the year, nominated for pfa young player of the year...

Ends up utter ****e the following year.

Jesus we're a fickle bunch.

Im giving Barkley 12months to do a 'rodwell'

Last season he put in some really good performances, but lately he's looked really out of place, and he has had injuries. We can assess him properly next season.

^^^ This ^^^.
He's been injured and / or not fit for most of the season. Give the lad a chance when he's fully fit and take it from there.

Seamus isn't a RW and should only be played at RB.

I think he is gonna find it hard to get in ahead of Hibbert. Regardless of what people think about Hibbert, his crossing has been excellent recently and he has been pretty solid in defence. For me, Seamus needs to be our number 2 RB, ahead of Neville. So when the opportunity arises through unjury he gets a chance to prove himself there. Give him a season, if he wins the RB place, then excellent, if he doesn't then he aint gonna make it.
