Seems crazy to the outsider, a young guy finding his way in his first managerial position , obviously not as successful as they’d have liked but you’d have thought deserved a full year in the job to see what he can achieve.
Hopefully Callum Davidson is not next.

And largely working with another guy's toolkit as it were. At least give him a decent time to get more of his own chaps in. I doubt he would have taken Hibs down.
This event, however, has now made that scenario more likely.

Tbh, seemed like a decent guy, maybe too nice to be a manager?
Some people are great coaches but not so good at man management, think this is why Hibs have decided to ditch him!!

Malky Mackay of Ross County is the favourite for Hibs now. Of course, while being a sound appointment in footballing terms, it brings on some problems from a "moral" point of view since he was involved in a texting controversy some years ago.
He underwent diversity and equality re-education and while that's good the desperate Scottish media would be sure to plaster his former gaffes all over the place. Some of the more sensitive Hibbies would find him hard to take as well.
I reckon once the team started winning again the negativity would soon be forgotten.

I think you've got to forgive and move on with that one, as you said at least he's been on a re- education course, you've got to draw the line somewhere or you give in to the snowflake brigade.
BoJo is continually getting off with stuff and is still running the country.
Mackay has done some job at Ross County and would probably do well at Hibs given the opportunity.

Think after Hibs fans tolerating the likes of O'connor, Riordon, Stokes and Griffiths over the years they won't have a problem with Malky Mackay's indiscretions tbh!!!
