What a great win against the Danes and the old Hampden roar is weĺ and truly back.
They've left themselves a more than decent chance of qualifying for the World Cup what an achievement that would be.

It was a fantastic result, and sees us seeded and at home in the first play off. Get through that and just hope we don't end up away to Italy or Holland.

They're flying at the moment.ent, entirely down to the coach IMO, Clarke has done wonders with what he has to work with.

TBF it was a dead rubber for the Danes. They rested the likes of Hojbjerg, Damsgaard and Delaney.

The Scots were the only team with something to play for - a home play off.

Yep, great performance, and the fact they did it without Nathan Patterson makes it even more impressive!! ??

Fantastic performance from Scotland last night and absolutely delighted for John Souttar.

My only sadness is that Hearts are going to lose him possibly for nothing in May, or at best, a paltry transfer fee in January.

In the context of what I said it makes it less than great.

If the Danes needed to win that they would have.

Denmark undoubtedly have superior players, on paper should have won but didn’t and really you can’t second guess a result that didn’t happen with a “ would have” .
In the context that Scotland beat a team ranked above them and who have superior players it remains a great result for them.
